Smooth Bank Branchless App
It takes minutes to open an account. And in no time, you are using the debit card.
One minor inconvenience
After the last couple of updates, the app started to sign me out randomly. I would have to sometimes sign in a couple of times a day in addition to enabling Face ID all for that to be reset randomly in the next couple of hours or days at best. I hope this bug gets fixed as soon as possible. Other than that, it’s been great.
The concept of the Bank excellent
I faced problems with my payments and account statements didn’t updated directly, so you have to wait for days or weeks to see your transactions are done , sometimes no response still pending and also monthly statements not accurate ( transactions update confuse)
